Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions
of cruises on Sehat Elona

When purchasing or booking a cruise all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

General :

Any verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.

PTPMA Sehat Trihartha Usaha ( STU) reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger without assigning reason.
Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children must be accompanied on board the vessel. STU will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the boat.
STU cruises are not recommended for passengers who are late months pregnant, suffering from serious heart conditions or suffering any serious physical impairments.
The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal items during cruises.
All food served on the voyages are prepared from the best available ingredients. Any possible allergies have to be communicated to the company 24 hrs in advance. STU will not take any responsibility for any food related complains other then it will try to remedy on the spot.
This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.

Cancellations & Delays:

STU reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master. In the case of cancelation the costumer is entitled for a changed sailing day cruise or a full refund.

In the event of a booking being cancelled by the passenger, STU reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation more than 4 days of travel date: full refund. Cancellation less than 4 days but more than 24 hours from date of travel: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours of travel: NO REFUND. No show or late arrival: NO REFUND.

Cancellation Policy :

    • Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
    • Without any charge: 4 days before the departure date.
    • Between 4 days and 1 days (24 hrs) 50% will be charged from the total cruise price.
    • Less the 24 hrs – 100% will be charged from the total cruise price.
    • No show will be charged 100% from the total cruise price.

* Any bank charges incurred for a reversal will be at the expense of the passenger.

Refunds:

In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.

PTPMA STU will deduct/ charge the bank fees from total amount of customer’s refunds.

Road transportation in Lombok:

Road transportation is provided free of charge from and to one specific address in designated areas of Lombok. The address must be specified at the time of booking and can only be changed at least 24 hours before departure. We provide air condition hotel transfer from Sanggigi, Mataram , Kuta , any are in Sekotong to Tanjung Kelor, Sekotong and back. Also can arrange transport from other areas with additional cost.
