Your personalised wellness journey begins. We pick you up from your arrival at Lombok Airport, Speedboat Terminal or Ferry Terminal. Our guests are then  transferred to the Island of Gili Gede, Sekotong- approximately 1-hour comfortable journey in an airconditioned vehicle – where we board our vessel and settle into our new home for the next 3 days, the Sehat Elona. Next is meeting the staff to receive a safety briefing and orientation. After the formalities lunch is enjoyed on board as the sails are set for Gili Asahan. Your wellness experience will be planned with attention as the boat travels the waters near Sekotong, Lombok and drops anchor in the pristine waters just off Gili Asahan – southwest corner of Lombok. The rest of the afternoon is spent exploring unique beaches , enjoying a range of water activities (swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, paddle boarding), and immersing ourselves in the Sehat Wellness paradigm. Dinner served on board on the open deck of Sehat Elona. Overnight travel to Gili Trawangan, Gili Mano.

Note:For those who wish to participate in our health check up program a fasting started  at 21:00 as you will have a check up next morning.

We start our day with a complementary optional health check up that will give us a baseline for your  Blood pressure , blood sugar levels, cholesterol and Uric acid.

Wellness treatments are available onboard the Sehat Elona all day or feel free to explore or snorkel, swim, kayak, or you can ride a rental bike available on the exuberant island of   Gili Trawangan.

As we anchor near shore another day of wellness bliss awaits us.

Early Lunch on board 

At 13:00 pick up at Boat mooring by our Speedboat, heading to

Meno Slope and statue Snorkelling spot, snorkelling here with the guide and big chance to find green turtle.

Depend on the current direction, snorkelling can be start from North west Gili Meno until south west or opposite direction.

After about 1 hour snorkelling, we will take you to visit the island of Gili Meno and explore the island including the salt water lake in the middle of the island.

Dinner on board. After dinner Sehat Elona sets sails to on a night journey Labuan Carik.

Visit to Mount Rinjani. An active volcano rises 3,726 m above sea level. 

After breakfast, be ready to another adventure We are going to Senaru village by bus. 

Our  first destination is Sendang Gile Waterfall. To go there you will find protected forest. At Sendang Gile Waterfall you can get to the base of the falls.

You can also get right underneath and enjoy a free massage from the pouring water.

Next destination is Tiu kelep waterfall. It is about a 30 minutes walk from Sendang gile waterfall through thick forest and crossing the river, therefore using waterproof shoes or sandals is recommended.

Tiu Kelep is located in a natural amphitheater-like niche with a very dramatic waterfall. The main waterfall falls from the top layer. You will enjoy beautiful scenery because most of the walls in this waterfall are overgrown with lovely green vines.

Local food lunch will serve at the village and followed by walking to Senaru Village to see how the local live activities and the houses.

Dinner on board of Sehat Elona and after dinner a night time departure to Mojo island .

As the sun rises we behold our new piece of paradise, Moyo Island, a wildlife and marine reserve. Your wellness experience is well on its way. The short excursion to one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the country is not to be missed. En-route, there will be a stop at a wonderful snorkelling site on the west coast of the island. Wellness treatments are available onboard throughout the day. There is also an opportunity to visit the small village of Labuan Haji. After dinner, we weigh anchor and sail to Satonda Island.

We have dropped anchor just off the shore of the uninhabited Satonda Island, the site of one of the largest volcanic eruptions in recorded history. In 1815 the eruption of Mount Tambora spilled enough debris into the earth’s atmosphere that for years resulted in huge climate change worldwide including 8 weeks non stop rain in England. 

But at this time a day of wellness exploration awaits us. Once on land, we find that Satonda itself is actually a small volcano with a salty lake in its crater. The day can be spent exploring this peaceful island or enjoying swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or paddleboarding. Wellness treatments are available onboard throughout the day. We explore the small strait of water separating Satonda Island from the mainland of Sumbawa. Overnight we sail to Saringi Island.

Enjoy a slower day on the island of Sarangi. Wellness treatments are available all day as we explore a new corner of this tropical paradise. Take the day to explore the island and surrounding waters. Choose to relax on deck the Sehat Elona or enjoy water activities (snorkelling, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding) around the pristine island. Weather permitting a beach cookout dinner on the island and an overnight sail to Gili Air.

Gili Air is the small sister of Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno. Yet it offers the same hospitality as its bigger sisters. Stay on board and enjoy the water sport activities or visit the island and its many entertainment options. Lunch and dinner on board .

After dinner an overnight sail to Gili Gede .

After our buffet breakfast on Sehat Elona, relaxing meditation will start our day and followed by a morning of water sport activities.

After lunch, we will be ready to take you to the airport from Tawun, Sekotong.
