Q: Can I use more than one of my Complimentary Cabin Occupancy vouchers in the same year ?

A: yes you can use all the 10 in one year or take 10 years to use.

Q: what will be my cost after I used my first Complimentary Cabin Occupancy plus Free food, beverage , Regenerize services voucher for my remaining Complimentary Cabin Occupancy  vouchers use ?

A: depending on the Condo-Cruise Lease package you purchased – for example a double cabin 8D7N cruise length , then $1480 per person. Which is 50% discount from the standard Regenerize Cruise price of $2960.

Q: what will be my full cost if I use 7 of my Vouchers to lease the complete boat for the time available for me on my Condo-Cruise lease ?

A: if it is done in the first year and your Condo-Cruise package is a double cabin then taking all the 7 cabins will cost only the charges for Food , Fuel and Regenerize services on board. Your packages allow you a 50% discount from the standard Cruise price so, since you also received a first year completely free Food , Fuel and Regenerize service voucher for 2 people – you only need to pay for the Food, Fuel and Regenerize services (11-2) =9 people on board. Including the 50% discount from the Standard price of such a cruise which is for the 2021 season is $370. So , if your package is 8D -7N then you will pay $370 minus the 50% discount 9 person times 7 night times ( 9 x 8x (370 x 0,50%)= $13320

If your cost for the Condo Cruise Lease package is  $8760 / double membership ) then your total use of Sehat Elona for an 8D-7N cruise will cost you $8760+$13320= $22080 which is a huge saving from the alternative price of the full boat standard cruise price of $32560

Q: what if I only use only 1 time the available Complementary Cabin Occupancy voucher that is available  for me with my Condo Cruise Lease.

A: we discourage people from using the available Complementary Cabin Occupancy voucher only as a source of income, but if you choose this route  then depending on the type of Condo Cruise Lease you purchased-  for example 8D7N double cabin then the first cruise will cost you nothing and for the remaining 9 years you will receive 7% guaranteed return . So, your benefit for  initial investment of $8760 is $5952 (first  free cruise) + 9  x (($8760- $876) x7%)= $11,040 . That is if your return is the guaranteed 7% but if your Condo Cruise leased cabin generates higher income then it can be $5952 – for example  + ( 9 x (8760-876) x 15%))= $16596
